INFORMATIVA SOGGIORNO

Gentile Cliente,

ai sensi della normativa vigente in materia di protezione dei dati personali (Regolamento UE n. 679 del 2016), desideriamo informarla che i trattamenti dei suoi dati personali sono effettuati con correttezza e trasparenza, per fini leciti e tutelando la sua riservatezza ed i suoi diritti.

I trattamenti sono effettuati anche con l’ausilio di mezzi informatici per le seguenti finalità:

  1. per acquisire, confermare e gestire la sua prenotazione di servizi di alloggio e servizi accessori (es. utilizzo della piscina esterna, noleggio delle e-bikes, utilizzo del centro benessere, utilizzo del parco giochi, noleggio attrezzatura per golf), e per fornire i servizi richiesti. Trattandosi di trattamenti necessari per la definizione dell’accordo contrattuale e per la sua successiva attuazione, non è richiesto il suo consenso, tranne nel caso in cui siano conferiti dati particolari, cosiddetti sensibili. In caso di rifiuto a conferire i dati personali, non potremo confermare la prenotazione o fornirle i servizi richiesti. Il trattamento cesserà alla sua partenza, ma alcuni suoi dati personali potranno o dovranno continuare ad essere trattati per le finalità e con le modalità indicate nei punti successivi;

  2. per adempiere all’obbligo previsto dal “Testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza” (articolo 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773) che ci impone di comunicare alla Questura, per fini di pubblica sicurezza, le generalità dei clienti alloggiati secondo le modalità stabilite dal Ministero dell’Interno (Decreto 7 gennaio 2013). Il conferimento dei dati è obbligatorio e non richiede il suo consenso, ed in caso di rifiuto a fornirli non potremo ospitarla nella nostra struttura. I dati acquisiti per tale finalità non vengono da noi conservati, a meno che non ci fornisca il consenso alla conservazione come previsto al punto 4;

  3. per adempiere ai vigenti obblighi amministrativi, contabili, fiscali e per la sicurezza (es. utilizzo facoltativo della rete internet-wifi per gli ospiti). Per tali finalità il trattamento è effettuato senza necessità di acquisire il suo consenso. I dati sono trattati da noi e da nostri incaricati, e vengono comunicati all’esterno solo in adempimento ad obblighi di legge. In caso di rifiuto a conferire i dati necessari per gli adempimenti sopra indicati, non potremo fornirle i servizi richiesti. I dati acquisiti per tali finalità vengono da noi conservati per il tempo previsto dalle rispettive normative (es. 10 anni, e anche oltre in caso di accertamenti fiscali; 6 mesi per i log di navigazione internet; ecc.);

  4. per espletare la funzione di ricevimento di messaggi e telefonate a lei indirizzati durante il suo soggiorno. Per tale finalità è necessario il suo consenso. Potrà revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento. Il trattamento cesserà comunque alla sua partenza;

  5. per inviarle nostri messaggi promozionali e aggiornamenti sulle tariffe e sulle offerte praticate. Per tale finalità, previa acquisizione del suo consenso, i suoi dati saranno conservati fino alla richiesta di cancellazione e non saranno comunicati a terzi. Potrà revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento;

  6. per fini di protezione delle persone, della proprietà e del patrimonio aziendale attraverso un sistema di videosorveglianza di alcune aree della struttura, individuabili per la presenza di appositi cartelli. Per tale trattamento non è richiesto il suo consenso, in quanto persegue il nostro legittimo interesse a tutelare le persone ed i beni rispetto a possibili aggressioni, furti, rapine, danneggiamenti, atti di vandalismo e per finalità di prevenzione incendi e di sicurezza del lavoro. Le immagini registrate sono cancellate dopo 24 ore, salvo festivi o altri casi di chiusura dell’esercizio, e comunque non oltre una settimana. Non sono oggetto di comunicazione a terzi, tranne nel caso in cui si debba aderire ad una specifica richiesta investigativa dell’autorità giudiziaria o di polizia giudiziaria.

In ogni momento potrà: 

  • esercitare i Suoi diritti (accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità, opposizione, assenza di processi di decisione automatizzati) quando previsto nei confronti del titolare del trattamento, ai sensi degli artt. dal 15 al 22 del GDPR https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/IT/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32016R0679&from=IT#d1e2168-1-1);

  • proporre reclamo al Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it); qualora il trattamento si basi sul consenso, revocare tale consenso prestato, tenuto conto che la revoca del consenso non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prima della revoca.

REGOLAMENTO UTILIZZO DEI SERVIZI

Desiderando usufruire dei servizi del Centro Benessere interno alla struttura Réva Resort (quali sauna, bagno di vapore, vasche idromassaggio, vasca fredda di reazione, doccia emozionale e piscina) e/o della piscina esterna:

Io sottoscritto/a in pieno possesso delle mie facoltà e sotto la mia piena ed esclusiva responsabilità:

  • Dichiaro di voler frequentare il centro dalla data del presente atto. Mi assumo ogni responsabilità attestante la mia idoneità e quella dei miei familiari ed a tal fine dichiaro che io e i miei familiari siamo in buone condizioni fisiche e non presentiamo stati, patologie o predisposizioni incompatibili con l’utilizzo del calore, del vapore e degli sbalzi di temperatura.

  • Prendo atto che l’uso della sauna e del bagno di vapore è sconsigliato in caso di gravidanza, infiammazioni agli occhi, ferite aperte, indebolimento fisico a causa di malattie, malattie cutanee o ustioni, ipotensione arteriosa, somministrazione di farmaci. È inoltre sconsigliato ai bambini sotto i 12 anni e a tutti i bambini non sorvegliati da persone adulte.

  • Prendo atto che la piscina esterna e la piscina interna hanno una profondità di 130 cm. Dichiaro di essere consapevole del fatto che all’interno del Centro Benessere non sia presente un bagnino per il salvataggio dei bagnanti. La piscina interna è privata ed il suo accesso viene concesso esclusivamente dalla proprietà.

  • Prendo atto e rispetto gli orari di apertura del Centro Benessere (8.45-21.15) e della piscina esterna (9.00-20.00). Prendo atto che i bambini fino a 12 anni devono essere sempre accompagnati da un adulto e non sono possibili tuffi.

  • Dichiaro di assolvere Réva Resort da ogni responsabilità nei confronti miei e dei miei familiari per danni alla persona e/o patrimonio che io e membri del mio nucleo famigliare possiamo subire frequentando il Centro Benessere a causa delle mie/nostre condizioni di salute.

  • Dichiaro di accettare il regolamento per l’utilizzo del parco giochi privato della struttura assumendo ogni tipo di responsabilità del proprio nucleo famigliare.

  • Prendo atto e riconosco che la presente liberatoria concerne qualsiasi attività da me/noi (nucleo famigliare) svolta presso il Centro Benessere di Réva Resort.

  • Prendo atto che le camere e gli spazi comuni all’interno della struttura  sono non fumatori e richiediamo gentilmente il rispetto di tale regola. Nel caso tale divieto venga infranto, sarà addebitata una penale per le spese extra di pulizia della camera.

Dear Customer,

In accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016), we would like to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out with fairness and transparency, for lawful purposes while safeguarding your confidentiality and rights.

The processing is also carried out using computerized means for the following purposes:

  • To acquire, confirm, and manage your reservation of accommodation services and additional services (e.g., use of the outdoor pool, rental of e-bikes, use of the wellness center, use of the playground, rental of golf equipment), and to provide the requested services. Since these processes are necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required unless special, so-called sensitive data is provided. In case of refusal to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm the reservation or provide the requested services. The processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may need to continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;

  • To fulfill the obligation provided by the "Single Text of Public Security Laws" (Article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 No. 773), which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the personal details of the guests staying, as established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of 7 January 2013). Providing this data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and in case of refusal to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. The data acquired for this purpose are not stored by us unless you provide consent for storage as described in point 4;

  • To comply with current administrative, accounting, tax, and security obligations (e.g., optional use of the internet-wifi network for guests). For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. The data are processed by us and by our appointees and are communicated externally only to fulfill legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the necessary data for the above-mentioned obligations, we will not be able to provide the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are stored by us for the time prescribed by the respective regulations (e.g., 10 years, and even longer in case of tax audits; 6 months for internet browsing logs, etc.);

  • To fulfill the function of receiving messages and calls addressed to you during your stay. Your consent is required for this purpose. You may revoke consent at any time. Processing will cease in any case upon your departure;

  • To send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers practiced. For this purpose, with your prior consent, your data will be stored until a cancellation request is made and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may revoke consent at any time;

  • For the purpose of protecting individuals, property, and company assets through a video surveillance system in some areas of the facility, identifiable by specific signs. Your consent is not required for this processing, as it pursues our legitimate interest in protecting individuals and property from possible attacks, thefts, robberies, damages, acts of vandalism, and for fire prevention and occupational safety purposes. The recorded images are deleted after 24 hours, except on holidays or other closure days, and in any case not beyond one week. They are not disclosed to third parties unless required to comply with a specific investigative request from the judicial or police authorities.

At any time, you may:

  • Exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, absence of automated decision-making processes) where provided against the data controller, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR.

  • Lodge a complaint with the Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it);

  • If the processing is based on consent, revoke the consent provided, bearing in mind that the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its revocation.

SERVICE’S RULES

Desiring to enjoy the services of the Wellness Center within the Réva Resort structure (such as sauna, steam bath, whirlpool tubs, cold reaction tub, emotional shower, and swimming pool) and/or the outdoor pool:

I, the undersigned, fully possessing my faculties and under my full and exclusive responsibility:

Declare my intention to use the center from the date of this agreement. I take full responsibility for confirming my suitability and that of my family members, and for this purpose, I declare that both myself and my family members are in good physical condition and do not have any conditions, illnesses, or predispositions incompatible with the use of heat, steam, and temperature fluctuations.

I acknowledge that the use of the sauna and steam bath is not recommended in case of pregnancy, eye inflammations, open wounds, physical weakness due to illness, skin conditions, or burns, low blood pressure, medication administration. It is also not recommended for children under 12 and for all children not supervised by adults.

I acknowledge that both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool have a depth of 130 cm. I declare that I am aware that there is no lifeguard present for the rescue of swimmers inside the Wellness Center. The indoor pool is private, and access is granted exclusively by the property.

I acknowledge and respect the opening hours of the Wellness Center (8:45 am - 9:15 pm) and the outdoor pool (9:00 am - 8:00 pm). I acknowledge that children up to 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult and diving is not allowed.

I declare to absolve Réva Resort from any liability towards myself and my family members for damages to persons and/or property that myself and members of my family may suffer while using the Wellness Center due to our health conditions.

I declare to accept the regulations for the use of the private playground of the structure, assuming all responsibility for my family.

I acknowledge and recognize that this waiver concerns any activity performed by me/us (family) at the Réva Resort Wellness Center.

I acknowledge that the rooms and common areas inside the structure are non-smoking, and we kindly request compliance with this rule. In the event that this prohibition is violated, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for the room.
